هي عبارة عن أمر من الباي: محمد الصادق باشا باي بتولية أمين لفلاحة العود الرقيق (أو الأشجار المثمرة: Culture arbustive).
ولهذا النص أهميته التاريخية والثقافية، حيث تشكّل هذه النوعية من الزراعة أهمية لا بأس بها في منطقة الوطن القبلي في النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر. ويقال إن الأندلسيين هم الذين أتوا بها من الاندلس ومن ثمّ توزعت في كثير من أرجاء شبه الجزيرة القبلية.

الحمد لله صلى الله على سيدنا ومولانا محمد وآله وسلّم
